Pursuant to Civil Code §4041, homeowners are required to annually provide their contact information to the Association. This includes the address(es) for delivery of notices, a secondary address (if applicable), legal representative or tenant contact (if any), and whether the property is owner-occupied or rented. This form helps ensure you receive timely and accurate communications from your HOA.
